I called Patty and let her know that I was interested; she made a call and scheduled me for the same day to see the home. I was working , and she recommended that if possible to see it the same day, and the sooner the better because it was new construction and most likely going to sell wick. . When we arrived, I was informed that I could only afford one of the homes, and the only one left at my price range. That day , I gave a deposit and reserved the home. Had I had a later appointment, or gone on a different day, I might not have gotten my home.
