Born and raised in Solano County and graduating from Rio Vista High School Patty is in her familiar stomping ground where she can put her knowledge of the local area to work for you. Prior to her career in real estate Patty spent several years in South Lake Tahoe pursuing a love for snow skiing and touring with The National Ski Trade shows as a Rep and a Professional Ballet Skier. During this time she also worked as a Public Relations Trainer at The Ridge Tahoe, a photographer, and an Executive Assistant at the S.L.T. Women's Center. Patty was initially drawn into the world of real estate while building her first home in Portland, Oregon where it became the weekend norm to drag the family in and out of open houses. Although she put off pursuing full time work while home schooling her son she managed to learn the nuts and bolts of new home construction, host exchange students, obtain a black belt in martial arts, and eventually start her own business as a Sales/Design Consultant with Hunter Douglas. When the time was right she made the jump into real estate and has never looked back. Today you will find Patty not only doing her own open houses but she continues to use her skills to guide, educate and negotiate on behalf of her clients.
